Happy July birthday to one of our Senior Client Service Coordinators, Ellen Siegfried. Ellen has been with HKA for over a year, and she has truly transformed the client service of our financial-advisor-focused practice since arriving. Ellen started at HKA as a client-service generalist and quickly evolved to take responsibility of the firm’s financial advisor clients.
Ellen is in charge of HKA’s free business expense manager and works with our financial advisor clients and their offices on logging their expenses. She manages all of the client accounts, answers questions and makes sure that each client is taken care of. We challenge you come up with a business expense question that Ellen can’t answer! She also works with clients on retrieving missing items, answering questions, and scheduling for Blake. On top of all of this, Ellen assembled every tax return during tax season!
Ellen is on maternity leave right now but will be back in the office in September and we look forward to seeing her!
