Bio

Catherine is the Client Service Manager responsible for external facing relationships with clients as well as promoting internal cross departmental communications. Catherine loves the varied nature of her role – onboarding new clients, maintaining client relationships, developing customer service policies recommending product options, as well as managing internal operations. Catherine holds a Master’s of Arts from Saint Louis University and Bachelor’s of Arts from Washington and Lee University. Catherine wants to create better work/life balance at HKA, especially during tax time, by putting processes and procedures in place to help staff be more efficient.

Catherine is visiting all of the national parks in the US. When she is not traveling, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her four dogs and two cats.
